The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago Hotel, Chicago

I had high expectations for my stay at the Ritz in Chicago, given its reputation, but unfortunately, my experience didn't quite match. While the location is superb and the rooms are spacious with lovely views, the service was quite disappointing. I faced multiple issues with my stay, including mistakes and delays that should not happen at such a high-end hotel. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some positives, but the negatives certainly stood out.
